InStep Health announced today the appointment of Kevin McCann as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately. With over 25 years of experience in financial leadership within the life sciences and pharmaceutical industries, Kevin has a proven record in enhancing operational efficiency, developing financial strategies, and promoting organizational growth. His extensive fiscal management and operational strategy expertise will bolster InStep Health's mission to deliver vital brand information at key moments of the healthcare journey.

Most recently, Kevin served as Vice President and Americas Controller for Rare Diseases at Amgen, overseeing accounting, controllership, financial operations, and procurement before and following Amgen’s acquisition of Horizon Therapeutics. His career highlights also include pivotal roles of increasing responsibility at Baxter International, Baxalta/Shire, and Orphazyme A/S, where he provided financial, operational, and commercial leadership.
