Super Team – Playing on the Offense

TEST3

Super Sunday is approaching and we’re looking forward to it. But what makes it so super? (Pun intended) Is it the half-time show? The commercials? Or the game?

This game is the big event of the professional football season. The anticipation builds all season to watch the two national champions battle it out and see who comes out on top. Each member of the respective teams work hard to insure that they perform at their best.

Here at Rx EDGE, we pride ourselves on having a team that does everything they can to benefit our clients. Just like the players who will be on the field this Sunday, each person is an asset and makes a contribution toward the success of the overall group.

We like to think of our company as the offense, whose primary job is to move the ball down the field and score for our clients. To take the analogy further:

Football Operations- Running Backs

Operations is the group that runs with the football. Once they have the ball, which is a confirmed Solutions at the Shelf™ program, they do everything that can to make sure the ball gets down the field. They ensure that all of our programs are executed flawlessly in-store.

Football Production Group- Tight Ends

Production receives their next move from Operations. It is their job to continue the ball down the field and make any necessary blocks to protect the ball. The way they do that is by making sure the final printed dispenser and its contents are perfect and ready to be installed.

Football Research Experts- Left Guards and Right Guards

The research experts are key players. That group protects the quarterback and ball carriers by providing the analytics and research data that supports an effective program. They use Insight EDGE tools to create a highly-targeted programs that help our clients reach the right audience in the right markets. The research experts also “guard” the measurement and analytics of each program, which enables our clients to evaluate their results and optimize their investment.

Football Creative Department- Wide Receivers

The job of the wide receivers is to use their speed and quickness to avoid the defenders and catch the football. The creative department often uses their talents in a similar way, to ensure that the brand messages are relevant. They also strive to make each dispenser stand out in the pharmacy setting and align with the communication goals of the client.

Football Finance – Fullbacks

Our finance area works closely with pharmaceutical clients to insure a smooth contracting process in accordance with their respective companies’ legal and financial protocols. As fullbacks, they pass-block any issues and offer protection to deliver the best possible result for the client.

Football IT/Systems- Left Tackles and Right Tackles

This department plays the left and right tackle position, handling all of the technical support for the players and insuring that everything runs smoothly. Whether it is creating a server to allow file sharing for clients or keeping everyone up-to-date on the latest software and processes, they play a key position in protecting the offense.

Football Marketing– Centers

In the center position, marketing handles the “ball” on every play. They make available any and all the communication-focused resources that the company requires, and provide support to the sales force by developing critical materials for the client.

Football Sales Force- Quarterbacks

The sales force starts the play and sends the ball in the direction that the program will go in. As the quarterback, once they are given the signal at the line of scrimmage from the client; they throw the ball and have the best interest of the client in mind at all times.

So what makes Super Sunday so super? We think it’s the teams. Each has their own special set of strengths that got them to this pinnacle. Even though we may not have a shiny championship ring, at Rx EDGE we see strength in our company as the offensive line. We move the Solutions at the Shelf™ ball down the field and deliver a touchdown for the pharmaceutical brands we work with.
